Queen Surf pads are built for real mountain riding: deep days, cold mornings, and hard landings. Every design is engineered, tested, and proven on snow before it ships. If something fails because of how we built it, we'll make it right.

1-Year Surf Pad Warranty

Every Queen Surf pad is covered for one year from the original purchase date against defects in materials or workmanship under normal riding use.

Covered Products

  • Solid Pad

What Is Covered

  • Material or manufacturing defects

  • Structural pad failure under normal riding use

  • Defects in Queen Surf–installed inserts, traction, or mounting features, verified by Queen Surf review

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage, including scratches, scuffs, dents, or surface wear

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, crashes, or impact

  • Damage from improper installation

  • Damage from power tools, incorrect tools, adhesives, solvents, or improper threadlocker

  • Damage from unauthorized modifications or aftermarket parts

  • Lost parts

  • Use outside the product's intended purpose

Terms

  • Coverage applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable

  • Products must be purchased from Queen Surf or an authorized Queen Surf dealer

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Queen Surf will repair or replace the product at its discretion

  • Coverage may vary by region
