SHIPPING POLICY

Queen Surf ships primarily through USPS. We may use other carriers when needed.

Processing

• In-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days.

• Preorders and limited runs ship by the estimated date listed on the product page. If that date changes, we'll email you.

• You'll get tracking as soon as your order ships.

Rates & Delivery

• U.S. shipping rates are calculated live at checkout based on your address and package weight.

• Sales tax is added at checkout where required.

• Wholesale or oversized orders may need a custom quote.

Canada

• We ship to Canada. Shipping rates are shown at checkout.

• Your order may be charged import fees when it arrives, including GST/HST, provincial sales tax, customs duties, and a Canada Post or carrier handling fee.

• These fees are not included in your order total. The carrier collects them before or at delivery, and you are responsible for paying them.

• If you refuse to pay these fees, the package may be returned or abandoned, and we can't refund the original shipping cost.

Other International Orders

• Outside the U.S. and Canada, email us before ordering.

• You're responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Email us with your name, order number, and photos of any damage. We'll help with the carrier claim.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't control carrier or weather delays.
