NOTHING BETWEEN YOU AND THE SNOW.

We grew up chasing summits. Long days in the Wasatch. Longer ones across the Mountain West. Skinning before sunrise. Boot packing ridge lines. We thought the best day was always the biggest one. Higher peak. Faster time. Steeper line. We thought that was freedom. It wasn’t.

The biggest days taught us something we didn’t expect. What stayed with us wasn’t the summit. It was what came after. The first turn through untouched snow. The world around us disappearing. The mountain suddenly feeling bigger than whatever plans we had for it. We realized we weren’t out there to conquer anything. We were out there to feel something.

So we ditched the bindings.

Pow surfing strips snowboarding back to its simplest form. No bindings. Nothing between you and the snow. You lean. The board answers. The snow carries you. There’s nothing to fight and nowhere you need to be. Just balance, momentum and the next turn. It’s the freest we’ve ever felt on a board.

That’s what we’re chasing. And that’s what we build for. But freedom on snow doesn’t mean lowering the standard. Our roots are in the backcountry, where gear that fails isn’t just annoying. It can also mean a long walk home. That taught us our first rule, and it’s still the one we won’t compromise on:

We are a team of engineers that obsesses over every detail. We test each piece of gear harder than most people will ever ride it. We use materials and methods that no one else in this space has tried because we’d rather do that than settle for what’s always been done.

Queen was created to spark a new wave of pow surfing. To bring the freedom and self expression of surf culture to the snow. To push boundaries in a sport that’s just starting to catch a wave. To make it more accessible, enjoyable, and easy for everyone. To keep the people stoked.
